STEP 1 INITIAL MEETING: Discuss your design ideas, plans & budget

STEP 2 CONCEPT & PROPOSAL OF WORKS: Detailed proposal of works in line with design brief and budget. Engage with planning consultants

STEP 3 QUOTATION: Detailed quotation/ estimate provided

STEP 4 TENDER ACCEPTANCE & DEVELOPMENTAL APPLICATION: Sign contract, notification plans, structural design, lodge with council

STEP 5 BUILDING CONTRACT: Review DA Conditions, provide construction schedule

STEP 6 BUILDING WORKS: Obtain construction certificate, start construction
